I’ve got some exciting news to share with you this week, I've just become a grandad!

My daughter gave birth to a beautiful little boy earlier this week, and as you can imagine, it's been an emotional rollercoaster.

There's something truly magical about seeing the next generation arrive, full of potential and endless possibilities.

As I saw my grandson for the first time, I found myself wondering what the future will hold for him.

What will he grow up to be?

What choices will shape his life?

And that’s when it struck me: while we don’t get to choose where we start in life, we do have a say in where we end up.
