Why Your Business Won’t Outgrow You

Planes, trains… and in a few weeks, automobiles.

In February, I was on a plane to the Bahamas for my retail mastermind.

On Monday, I’ll be on a train to Solihull to join my UK mastermind group – made up of a mix of high level business owners, from a broad sector of UK industries.

And in a few weeks there’s be a car journey for a thought provoking seminar.

It’s not convenient.
It’s not quick.
And it’s definitely not cheap.

But every time I make those trips, my business moves forward.

Because I’m putting myself in the right room.

That’s where the real shifts happen.

New ideas.
Better decisions.
Bigger thinking.

And here’s what I’ve learned…

Your business only grows to the level you do.

The shop doesn’t magically improve on its own.
Margins don’t fix themselves.
Teams don’t level up without you leading differently.

That only happens when you grow.

That’s why I’m looking forward to April 21st.

Because it’s one of those days.

The kind where things finally click.
Where plans get made properly - not just scribbled in a notebook and forgotten.
Where you walk away thinking, “Right… this is what we’re doing.”

At the moment, there’s just 2 people booked on.

Which means a small group, plenty of focus, and real work getting done.
