Look at your to-do list.
Circle the one thing that, if completed this week, would have the biggest impact on your business.
Not ten things.
One.
Then make sure it gets done.
Because busy doesn't always equal progress.
And in retail, the businesses that move forward aren't necessarily the busiest.
They're the ones that consistently make time for the things that matter most.
