A product that's genuinely brilliant. Customers who buy it absolutely love it, it makes you a healthy margin and you're proud to stock it. Yet somehow, it just doesn't sell as often as it should.
It's become...
The forgotten hero.
Sometimes it's tucked away on the bottom shelf. Sometimes it's hidden amongst too many other products. And sometimes it's simply been in the same place for so long that customers walk straight past it without even noticing.
Here's my challenge for you this week.
Find it.
Just one product.
Not ten.
Once you've found it, give it the attention it deserves. Move it to a better position, tell its story, add a handwritten shelf talker or pair it with another product that already sells well. You don't need a full shop refit to make a difference.
You just need to give one great product a better chance of being discovered.
The funny thing is, I bet you've already thought of the product.
In fact, I'd be amazed if it didn't pop into your head while you were reading this. Which tells me something...
You don't need more ideas.
You already know what deserves more attention in your business.
