Rethinking Business Culture: Insights from San Juan

I’ve spent some time with my retail mastermind group in San Juan, Puerto Rico this week.

I’ve always been intrigued by business culture.

I’ve spent a lot of time talking about it.

And more time thinking about it.

But this week, I was fascinated by a statement on culture, shared by one of the group.

‘Culture is what you allow, not what you create.’

Very profound.
