Why “It’s Quicker to Do It Myself” Might Be Holding You Back

This week, I attended a business masterclass in Birmingham, and I was reminded of something blindingly obvious.

Something we all know, but you don’t always act on.

Here it is:

“It’s quicker to do it myself” is the language of the poor.

And by poor, I don’t just mean financially.

It could be money-poor.

It could be time-poor.

It could be distracting you from carrying out your purpose in life.

That mindset - doing everything yourself- keeps you stuck.

Stuck in the weeds of business.

Stuck in the day-to-day.

Stuck without freedom.

Stuck reacting instead of leading.

But still, you do it.

Why?

Quite profound when you stop and think about it.

 Something to ponder over, perhaps.
